BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / EXECUTIVE – WATER / WASTEWATER TREATMENT & CHEMICALS
Requirements:
- Strong Passion for Sales & Marketing
- Identify and approach new potential customers to generate sales leads and grow the business.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable chemical products and solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Science / Eng , NDT in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering .
- Minimum 02 to 5 years of experience in chemical sales catering to Industry
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Sinhala & English.
- Ability to Travel to different customers
- Candidates with experience is Sales of Boiler Water Chemicals / Cooling Water Chemicals is added advantage
SERVICE ENGINEER - CHEMICAL AND WATER & WASTE MANAGEMENT
- Should be 30 years age or below
- B.Sc. In Chemistry / Water Science / NDT in Process Engineering or Diploma in Chemistry
- Willing to travel extensively across the island carry out relevant treatment Tests.
- Sound knowledge in technical domain with minimum 1-2 years of experience in Boiler Water Treatment, Cooling Water Treatment and Water related utilities.
- Experience in similar industry would be an added advantage.
ASSISTANT MANAGER – STEAM ACCESSORIES AND SPARES
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / NDT/NDEs/HNDE/ City & Guilds (Mechanical Engineering)
- 2 to 3 years in Sales & Marketing of Steam trading, PRVs PRS & Condensate Recovery Systems and possess a good knowledge on Application Engineering.
- Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage
- Knowledge on walk through Steam Audits and suggest for improvement
- To possess knowledge on Steam Distribution and preparing reports for Energy Conservation.
- Market Intelligence to understand competing strategies
- Application Knowledge. To possess Presentation Skills
- Communication, Negotiations, Presentations, fast learner
