NCH Marketing Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd is a well-established and diversified organization operating in Sri Lanka's building materials industry. Our core business encompasses the importation and distribution of premium tiles and sanitary ware, while our retail showroom network operates under the renowned Tile Club brand. In addition, our manufacturing division, Union Steel, produces a wide range of high-quality steel products and building materials to serve the construction sector.

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and result-driven Show Room Manager to support for driving sales growth, managing daily showroom operations, leading the showroom team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the daily operations of the showroom.
• Achieve sales and collection targets.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain attractive showroom displays and product presentation.
• Ensure optimum stock availability and inventory control.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in showroom or retail sales management.
• Proven leadership with the ability to drive sales and high-performing sales team.
• Experience in Tiles, Bath ware, Sanitaryware, Hardware, or Building Materials will be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Priority will be given to candidates who are proficient in Tamil.
