YOU WILL GET EXTENSIVE EXPOSURE & EXPERIENCE IN BELOW AREAS,

• Assisting with recruitment activities, supporting employee onboarding and maintaining employee records.
• Assisting in updating and maintaining HR databases and personnel files.
• Coordinating with employees and departments on HR-related documentation and processes.
• Supporting HR operations, employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Assisting with preparation of HR reports and ensuring accurate record keeping.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office applications).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
