Full-time (Shift-based) Supporting US client business hours
Operations
Managed Services / Network Operations Center (NOC)
Tier 1 (Level 1) Start Your IT Career
- First point of contact for client tickets
- User account support (AD, Microsoft 365)
- Troubleshoot workstations, printers, connectivity and common issues
- Monitor RMM, backup and security alerts
- Apply patches and updates
- Document and escalate when needed
- Deliver excellent customer service
Tier 2 (Level 2) Take Your Skills Further
- Administer Windows Server and Linux environments
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
- Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, VPNs and wireless
- Work with virtualization and backup/DR systems
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
- Lead small to mid-sized infrastructure projects
- Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
- Mentor and support Tier 1 team members
- Participate in on-call rotation
