Sales Coordinator
Automobile Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is expanding its business operations with the introduction of exciting new automobile brands in Sri Lanka. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing Sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and manage all sales-related documentation and administrative activities.
- Support the RMV documentation and vehicle registration process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documents.
- Coordinate with dealers and sales teams to facilitate smooth vehicle deliveries and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle sales, registrations, deliveries, and related documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and management reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Finance, Administration, and Operations to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Follow up on pending documentation, registrations, payments, and vehicle delivery requirements.
- Liaise with relevant external parties, including dealers and authorities, when required.
- Ensure all sales documentation is properly maintained and updated.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration in the Automotive industry, or a similar role.
- Experience in vehicle documentation and RMV-related processes will be an added advantage.
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Good organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with dealers, sales teams, and multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic automotive environment.
