Sales Executive — Colombo • Field-based

THE ROLE

• Develop new business and visit apartment communities, property managers & developers.
• Deliver product demos and build client relationships.
• Manage the sales pipeline and prepare quotations.

Business Development Partner (Commission-Based) — Sri Lanka • Islandwide

THE ROLE

• Identify apartment communities and meet decision-makers.
• Present and demonstrate Residency Connect.
• Convert prospects and coordinate onboarding with our team.

Attractive commission on every subscription you bring in — no earning limit. Commission structure discussed on application.

Ideal background

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building; self-motivated and target-driven. Experience in field sales — insurance, real estate, property or facility management, SaaS or B2B sales — is an advantage. Existing networks in apartment communities are highly encouraged.
