Business Analyst
Turn Business Needs into Solutions
- Work closely with U.S. clients to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create BRD, user stories, process flows, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver solutions.
- Support testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
- Provide ongoing client support and help drive continuous improvement.
Associate Business Analyst
Start and Grow Your BA Career
- Support senior BAs in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Coordinate with U.S. clients to understand their needs and clarify requirements.
- Prepare meeting notes, process flows, and simple documentation.
- Help in user story creation and backlog management.
- Assist in UAT, training, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Support).
- Learn domain knowledge and grow into a full Business Analyst role.
Qualifications & Experience
- Business Analyst: 2+ years of experience in business analysis (systems / IT environment preferred).
- Associate Business Analyst: 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in Managed Services or multi-client environment is an advantage.
Key Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory) to work with U.S. clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate to technical requirements.
- Good documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools is an advantage.
