Senior Executive – Ticketing
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in airline ticketing, preferably within a corporate travel environment.
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS with strong ticketing knowledge.
- IATA/UFTAA qualification or equivalent professional certification in Travel & Tourism
- Thorough understanding of international fare construction, ticketing rules, reissues, refunds, and BSP procedures.
- Experience in handling corporate travel accounts and complex travel itineraries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.
