YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE
- Conduct field recruitment activities and source suitable candidates.
- Visit recruitment locations and coordinate with candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Visit employee accommodation and provide welfare support.
- Handle employee concerns and report issues to management.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare field reports.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualification: G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
- Valid riding/driving licence and own motorbike are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Male candidates preferred.
