ENGINEERING EXECUTIVE
Position Summary
Support and coordinate the overall engineering operations of the luxury hotel, ensuring the efficient functioning, maintenance, and reliability of all engineering systems, equipment, and facilities. Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs, resolving technical issues, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, and optimizing energy consumption to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations and maintain the highest standards of guest comfort and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day engineering operations and hotel facility maintenance.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment inspections.
- Monitor the performance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and energy-saving practices.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of engineering work.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Sound knowledge of hotel engineering systems and maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and energy management.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
