PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
We are an established, market-leading manufacturer of electrical enclosures, committed to growth and operational excellence. We are looking for a dynamic, high-potential Management Trainee to join our Production Planning & Control team.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology or BSC in Statistics
- Knowledge in Quality, Production Engineering, Industrial engineering is highly preferred
Professional / Technical Knowledge
- MS Excel skills : Ability to use complex formulas and data tools
- Strong logical reasoning and macro - micro thinking abilities
- Proficiency in English for corporate reporting and email communications
Job Scope
- Systems Development: Assist in developing and maintaining systems and tools for production planning and scheduling.
- Production Oversight: Support the monitoring and control of the complete production lifecycle
- Data Analytics: Collect and analyze vital data and produce reports and insights to ensure smooth operations.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between Design, Quality, and Procurement to manage work order priorities and design changes.
- Leadership Track: Develop the "Macro and Micro" management skills necessary to transition into a Production Executive role.
