REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or a professional qualification (CIM / SLIM)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Management
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Manage the marketing budget and track campaign ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
