Job Description
Metal Components Services (Pvt) Ltd is a precision CNC machining company. We are looking for an organised, hands-on Production & Planning Executive to turn customer orders into realistic production plans — and make sure our CNC, lathe and milling lines deliver them right first time, on time.
What you’ll do
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans and machine-loading schedules for our CNC, lathe and milling machines
- Lead and coordinate machine operators to meet output, quality and delivery targets
- Deal with buyers on order requirements, delivery dates and schedule changes
- Work with purchasing, stores and quality to make sure materials, tools and drawings are ready before jobs start
- Track work-in-progress against plan, spot bottlenecks early and re-plan when priorities change
- Maintain production data and KPIs in our ERP system and report on progress
- Train and develop production team members
- Uphold quality standards and all safety, environmental and company regulations on the shop floor
What you’ll bring
- Degree or HND in an engineering discipline from a recognised institution
- Proven experience in a production, planning or industrial engineering role
- Ability to read engineering and industrial drawings and specifications
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) — mandatory
- Confidence working in an ERP-based environment
- Clear communication, a positive attitude and the ability to juggle several priorities as a team player
- Experience in a CNC machining environment is a strong advantage.
