Role Summary
Lead and manage the Human Resources function to attract, develop and retain top talent, foster a positive work culture and support the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee employee relations, engagement and retention.
- Handle performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations.
- Manage payroll, benefits and administrative HR functions.
- Lead, mentor and support the HR team.
- Drive a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Proven knowledge of Sri Lankan labour law and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM) will be an added advantage.
