Sales Coordinator - Tenders
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team and handle tenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle tender inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations and process orders.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers.
- Follow up on inquiries and payments.
- Maintain sales records and reports.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good organizational skills.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- IT tenders experience preferred.
UPS Sales Executive
We are looking for a results-driven individual to promote and sell UPS systems and related power solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Promote UPS systems, batteries, power-conditioning equipment and related products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
- Understand customer power-protection requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, meetings and product presentations.
- Work closely with technical teams for solution support.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Understanding of UPS/power solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Sales experience in IT/power solutions is an advantage.
