EXECUTIVE – RECOVERY
APPLICANT SHOULD POSSESS:
- Part qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CA, AAT, or a Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, accounts receivable, or a related finance function.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, accounting software, and receivable management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Follow up on overdue payments through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding balances, payment commitments, and recovery activities.
- Monitor debtor accounts and prepare periodic collection and aged receivable reports.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve payment queries and disputes.
- Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining professional customer relationships.
