Sales Executive

Job Profile

We are seeking a customer-oriented Sales Executive for Swarnamahal Jewellers Ltd to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and handle order and repair follow-ups. You will also oversee stock reconciliation, support outdoor promotions and shoots, and ensure accurate financial and inventory transactions.

Key Responsibilities & Roles

• Drive jewellery sales, manage customer requirements, and build customer loyalty.
• Reconcile stock, handle sales documentation, and manage branch inventory and cash in the manager's absence.
• Coordinate customer orders and repair follow-ups for timely delivery.
• Oversee asset safety, transport, and stock reconciliation for outdoor promotions and commercial shoots.
• Process credit card transactions, foreign currency, old gold trading, and sales return valuations.
• Monitor local and international jewellery trends and competitor behavior.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) pass (or G.C.E. Ordinary Level with strong communication skills, experience, or a fitting personality)
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer literacy.
