Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and reporting skills.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and HR reporting.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Male candidates below 45 years of age.
