Marketing Coordinator
Insite Holdings | Colombo, Sri Lanka
Are you creative, proactive and passionate about marketing? Do you enjoy bringing ideas to life, coordinating campaigns and organizing events?
Insite Holdings is looking for a motivated and well-organized Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activities across our portfolio of businesses with an initial focus on 505, our American-style diner, while also supporting Villa Merak and other businesses within the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the appointed marketing agency on marketing plans, social media content, campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement and sales.
- Create basic marketing artwork, including social media posts, flyers, posters and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Plan and coordinate events, themed nights, promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives for 505.
- Liaise with outlet teams, suppliers, influencers and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities and events.
- Coordinate content creation, photography, video shoots and promotional partnerships.
- Support digital marketing and promotional activities for Villa Merak and other Insite Holdings businesses.
- Maintain marketing calendars, follow up on deliverables and deadlines, and prepare basic marketing activity reports.
- Identify creative marketing opportunities and take initiative to bring new ideas to life.
What We're Looking For
- Basic knowledge of marketing, digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to design basic art using Canva or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.
- A proactive, creative and hands-on approach with strong follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with different stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Confidence in communicating with marketing agencies, suppliers and internal teams.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
