Uga Resorts is seeking a Reservations Executive to join our Reservations Team, to support the daily reservation operations at Uga Resorts - Head Office. We are looking for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, skilled in managing reservations with precision, and dedicated to ensuring seamless booking operations.

By championing our service excellence strategy, as a Reservations Executive, you will manage guest reservations efficiently, maximize booking opportunities, and ensure a seamless reservation experience from inquiry to arrival. We are looking for a professional who understands that behind every extraordinary Uga experience lies exceptional guest care, successful booking conversions, meticulous reservation management, and meaningful collaboration with guests and resort teams.

The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• A Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in hotel reservations, or a similar role, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Reservations Management Excellence: Ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism, maintain reservation accuracy, work closely with property and reservations team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint of the reservation journey.
• Strategic Business Acumen: A strong customer-focused and revenue-driven mindset, with the ability to maximize booking opportunities, support occupancy and revenue goals, and deliver exceptional guest experiences through effective reservation management and collaboration.
• Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with guests. Proactive and confident in dealing with foreign clients and travel partners, with strong written and spoken English skills.
• Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, or an equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
