Junior Executive / Executive – Digital Designer (Marketing & Creative Content)

Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Designer to join the Tikiri Toys Marketing team, the person will mainly support our international marketing activities, particularly the USA market, by developing social media content, digital artwork, promotional videos, and other marketing materials.
Main Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, promotional artwork, carousels and campaign graphics.
- Create and edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels and other video content, including basic motion graphics.
- Support Shopify website creatives, including banners, product graphics, landing-page visuals and promotional materials.
- Design email marketing graphics and templates for Shopify campaigns.
- Prepare creative materials for seasonal campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas and product launches.
- Work with existing product photography and video footage to develop engaging content.
- Support AI-assisted image generation, editing and creative development where required.
- Make design changes based on feedback from Sasini, management and the external Creative Consultant.
- Maintain organized design files, editable source files, creative assets and completed work.
- Follow Tikiri Toys' brand guidelines and meet agreed deadlines.
Key requirements
- Strong graphic design skills for digital marketing (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc.).
- Good video editing and basic motion graphics skills.
- Ability to create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, colors, visual storytelling, and brand presentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant diploma, degree, or training in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a similar field.
- Suitable for a Junior Executive or Executive-level candidate with practical creative skills.
- Previous experience creating digital marketing content would be an advantage.
- A portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video-editing work is required.
- Experience preparing content for international brands or e-commerce businesses would be an advantage.
- Candidates who demonstrate strong creative ability and technical skills may be considered even with limited work experience.
