We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Operations Team as an Executive - Maintenance.

Age: Below 50 years.
Educational qualifications in Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical or a related field.
NVQ Level 4 qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance work.
Knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing and general repairs.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate and supervise maintenance activities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment would be an added advantage.
