We are looking for dynamic candidates to fill the position of Executive - Guest Services.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Guest Services, Front Office, Hospitality, Tourism, Travel, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Computer literacy (Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook etc.).
Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Good knowledge of Sri Lanka's tourism destinations will be an added advantage.
Experience working with five-star hotels or luxury travel services will be an advantage.
Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
