ESTATE SUPERINTENDENT(TEA)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 10 years of planting experience as a Superintendent of Tea in a Regional Plantation Company (RPC)
- Sound knowledge and skills on the application of best agricultural practices related to Tea cultivation and field operations
- Sound experience in Tea manufacturing and estate management
- Impeccable character with an unblemished career records
- Preferred age 45 years or below
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Human recourse / labour disputes handling, team spirit and networking skills would be essential
- Strong people management and communication skills, with excellent leadership attributes
- Working knowledge in Sinhala and English languages and the ability to converse in Tamil language would be an added advantage
