HEALTHCARE SECTOR

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual who would like to take on challenges and join with our winning team.

Age between 19 and 35 years.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Sinhala.
Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Positive attitude, dynamic personality, and ability to work as part of a team.
Previous experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.

Provide professional and courteous assistance to patients and visitors.
Respond to patient inquiries regarding hospital services.
Coordinate patient appointments and liaise with relevant departments.
Address patient concerns and escalate complaints to the appropriate authorities.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a service excellence mindset
Fluency in two or all three of the following languages: Sinhala, English and Tamil
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive, organized and able to meet deadlines
