CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – PLANTATION SECTOR
We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead a well-established Regional Plantation Company in Sri Lanka.
The ideal candidate should be a seasoned plantation professional with 25+ years of experience within the RPC sector, including significant senior leadership experience.
Key Requirements
- Strong overall knowledge of tea, rubber, cinnamon and other agricultural crops
- Proven track record in improving productivity, profitability, crop yields and operational performance
- Strong understanding of tea quality, estate and factory operations
- Experience leading large estate teams and workforces
- Strong financial, commercial and strategic management capabilities
- Experience working with and reporting to Boards of Directors
- Degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, Business, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline; MBA would be an advantage
- A strong professional track record with impeccable integrity and character
This is a senior leadership opportunity requiring regular presence across estate operations in Sri Lanka.
