Executive - Human Resources
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Human Resources to support and enhance our hotel's people operations. The successful candidate will manage core human resource functions with a focus on recruitment, staff engagement, and payroll administration. You will work closely with department heads and hotel leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with HR policies, and support overall employee wellbeing and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all hotel departments, ensuring timely hiring of qualified and culturally aligned candidates.
- Support onboarding, orientation, and training processes for new hires.
- Implement employee retention strategies and support performance review cycles.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and HR database.
- Process monthly payroll, benefits, and leave records in coordination with Finance and department heads.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and internal communication efforts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, SOPs, and best practices.
Candidates should possess :
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in handling EPF & ETF.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
