QUANTITY SURVEYOR - SITE BASED

We are looking forward for a Quantity Surveyor – Site Based to further enhance our footprints in the market of Supermet Building Solutions Limited. The individuals should also achieve the below requirements,

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deeply study agreement with BOQs, Drawings & Specifications of project (Client & Sub-Contractors)
n
• Maintain and update of budget breakdown Vs BOQs
n
• Preparation of main progress bill (interim progress application)
n
• Preparation and record of Variation details of work
n
• Check sub-contractors progress bill
n
• Maintain all documents such as DPR, RFI, RFA, GRN, Stores docs etc
n
• Necessary coordination with the client and its related parties (client & consultant)
n

QUALIFICATIONS

n
• N.C.T. with 3 – 5 years' experience
n
