Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Undergraduate in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
- Advanced Level qualification in the Commerce stream should be completed.
- Professional qualifications in procurement will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders through the ERP system.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure timely deliveries.
- Support sourcing activities and supplier negotiations.
- Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
