HEAD OF ENGINEERING

- LKR 400,000 – 500,000 Gross ++
Pre requisites
- Degree or recognized professional/technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant industrial engineering/maintenance experience.
- 3–5 years of experience leading an engineering or maintenance team.
- Strong electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of generators, transformers, motors, drives, panels and control systems.
- Strong exposure to HVAC/AC, refrigeration, cold rooms, utilities and breakdown management.
- Experience in preventive/predictive maintenance and root-cause analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- FMCG, food manufacturing, poultry, cold-chain or multi-site maintenance experience will be an advantage.
