HEAD OF ENGINEERING
Are you a motivated, results-oriented professional ready for a challenging role in engineering, maintenance, and management? ACME Printing and Packaging PLC seeks dynamic, qualified candidates to lead its Maintenance Division at Pannala factory premises.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop proactive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce machine failures and extend asset life.
- Guide the maintenance team to support current and future production needs.
- Assign daily tasks, manage repairs, and shift the team from reactive fixes to proactive maintenance.
- Prepare annual maintenance budget planning.
- Oversee equipment installations and system upgrades to improve productivity.
- Train, supervise, and mentor maintenance technicians, mechanics, and support staff.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering from a recognized university, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 10 years of hands-on machinery maintenance experience, particularly with electro-mechanical systems such as PLCs and automation.
- Experience in the packaging industry will be an added advantage.
