Executive – Server Infrastructure & System Software

Administering and maintaining physical and virtual server environments, including Windows, Linux, VMware, and Hyper-V, while ensuring availability, performance, capacity, and security.
Managing cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud, including integration with on-premises systems.
Administering Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, endpoint protection, and user access permissions.
Performing system patching, upgrades, hardening, configuration, testing, migration, and rollout activities in line with security and operational requirements.
Managing backups, verifying restoration capabilities, supporting disaster recovery planning and testing, and promptly troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues.
Coordinating with vendors and third-party service providers, maintaining technical and IT asset documentation, supporting audit requirements, and recommending technologies to improve infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

A Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure administration or a similar role; relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, with working knowledge of Linux, VMware, and Hyper-V.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, backup solutions, monitoring tools, endpoint security, networking fundamentals, access controls, management, and disaster recovery.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, technical documentation, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with users, internal teams, and vendors.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work late nights or outside normal working hours when required for maintenance, implementations, or incident resolution.
