EXECUTIVE - RESEARCH AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on diverse subject matters, industries, and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Generate and present innovative ideas for both new and existing business developments.
- Assist group subsidiaries in initiating strategies to expand their existing markets through product and service improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate research insights into actionable strategies.
- Develop detailed reports, presentations, and proposals to support decision-making.
Ideal Candidate
- A self-starter with a strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and a passion for research.
- Highly digital-savvy, with the ability to leverage online tools and platforms effectively for research and analysis.
- Interested in global business trends, emerging markets, and innovative business concepts.
- Possesses excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas and research findings effectively.
- A proactive team player who can work independently and contribute fresh perspectives to business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of a “B” pass in the relevant main subject (Combined Mathematics or Biology) at G.C.E. Advanced Level is required.
- A keen interest in research, business development, market analysis, and corporate strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a MUST.
