PROJECT MANAGER
Central Expressway Project (CEP-1)
Asset Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. is a distinguished CS1-grade and ISO-certified company in Sri Lanka, with a strong legacy in Civil Engineering and major construction projects across the country.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage our CEP-1 construction project.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall project execution and progress.
- Ensure project activities are completed according to approved plans, schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, labour, machinery and materials effectively.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and project specifications.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and review project progress reports and updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale road or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage project teams and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
