ASSISTANT MANAGER – Air Freight Operations
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Air Freight Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily air freight import and export operations.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and customs authorities.
- Supervise and guide the operations team.
- Ensure timely shipment handling and customs clearance.
- Monitor operational performance and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and service standards.
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in air freight operations.
- Sound knowledge of air freight import and export procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant operational systems.
