TRAINEE ASSOCIATE HUMAN RESOURCES
Become a part of our dynamic team as a Trainee Associate - Human Resources.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle assigned responsibilities related to the recruitment and onboarding process
- Ensure timely follow-ups on team member lifecycle milestones and related documentation
- Coordinate and support the performance management cycle
- Support the development and execution of team member recognition initiatives
- Coordinate the annual training calendar and maintain team member training records
- Plan and execute team member engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Maintain HR records and assist with HR analytics and reporting
- Respond to related team member inquiries and fulfill routine administrative functions
- Assist in addressing day-to-day HR related matters and ensure a positive team member experience
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Full or part qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution
- Minimum one year experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Pleasant personality, professionalism, integrity and maintaining confidentiality
- Detail-oriented, accurate, with sound judgment and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with members at various levels across the organization
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
