OPERATIONS MANAGER

Dental One (Pvt) Ltd, a sister company of Vision Care Group, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations across its four branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, enhancing service quality, improving efficiency, and driving overall business performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all four branches, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Monitor revenue performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and doctor schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise staff attendance, duty rosters, performance, and workplace discipline.
- Ensure effective inventory management, stock control, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate laboratory cases to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between branches, medical professionals, and management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, dental, or healthcare operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate operational activities.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Sound knowledge of healthcare operations, patient service standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and achieve performance targets.
