Oleena Natural Foods Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer and exporter of natural food products, is seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to join our team as Manager / Assistant Manager – Research & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Research & Development activities, including new product development.
- Develop, test, improve, and commercialize new food products.
- Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and product optimization.
- Research new ingredients, technologies, and market opportunities.
- Improve existing products based on quality, cost, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and other departments.
- Prepare and maintain R&D documentation, specifications, and trial reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Lead R&D projects from concept development through commercialization.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience in food product development and R&D.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong passion for innovation.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
