SENIOR EXECUTIVE – PRODUCTION
Planto Ceylon (Private) Ltd. is an ISO-certified, export-oriented, plant-based food manufacturing company located in Homagama. As our operations grow, we’re looking for a passionate Senior Executive – Production to take charge of day-to-day factory operations, streamline processes, drive productivity, ensure smooth workflows, and maintain excellence in every batch we produce while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
- Ensure all production processes are carried out in compliance with safety & quality standards.
- Manage raw material usage and reduce waste.
- Train, guide, support and motivate production staff to achieve production targets & quality goals.
- Monitor production performance metrics, production volumes, efficiency, yield and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with quality and inventory teams to maintain smooth operations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Food science, Food production technology, Agriculture or related field from a recognized university/Institute
- Minimum 5 Year work experience in food manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO standards is an advantage.
- Capable of working within set timelines
