Rapid Creation Industries (Pvt) Ltd, a leading polythene base packaging manufacturing company, who is in to Local and Export market is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and result oriented individuals to full fill the following position.
Quality Executive / Trainee Quality Executive (Male/Female)
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures in production plant and ensuring that relevant sections adhere to the implemented policies and procedures relating to Quality Management Systems.
- Identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities during inline process and the final inspection process.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare necessary reports for management.
- Identifying non-compliances and opportunities for further development of the process and implementing effective solutions for improvement as per the procedures.
- Collaborate with production and QA team to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Supervising daily operation by maintaining quality standards, related documents and records pertaining to BRC, ISO 22000, SEDEX SMETA and other relevant Quality standards.
- Assisting in Internal and External Audits to establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System.
Requirements
- BSc degree or G.C.E. A/L in the Science/Maths/Bio Tec. streams and/or Diploma/ Certificate level qualification in QMS.
- Must be computer literate and Good written and verbal communication skills.
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, Problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Excellent understanding of document control, SOPs, and QA documentation practices.
- Ability to work independently and also should be a good team player.
