Junior Executive – IT
at
INOAC Polymer Lanka Private Limited
Lot No.15 A, HEPZ- BOI, Horana.
Key Job Responsibilities
System & Cloud Administrations
- Support the company ERP system, including administrative management of the Azure-hosted SyteLine Cloud Suite (Version 10).
- Assist with cloud infrastructure and maintain O365 Exchange servers.
- Assist in monitoring, auditing, and preparing comprehensive monthly billing reports and annual billing reports (Eg: Azure cloud, IPS services, Servers, and AMCs).
- Support the management and maintenance of virtual machine (VM) networks, Windows servers, and file servers to ensure high availability and minimize downtime.
- Assist in monitoring enterprise endpoint security (Eg: CrowdStrike and Cloud Defender).
IT Operations & Supports
- Respond to user requests and provide them with adequate support. Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related major troubleshooting.
- Prepare monthly reports regarding system issues and usage of services or devices.
- Maintain the IT inventory and record of all hardware and software purchases.
- Support the repairs and maintenance of PCs, printers, PABX systems, etc.
- Manage and maintain the company CCTV system.
Qualifications Required
Education & Experience
- Should have an IT-related degree or higher diploma.
- Possess a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role, and at least experience in ERP Support in a production environment (SyteLine Cloud Suite is highly desirable).
Technical Competencies
- Prior work experience in server virtualization and cloud platforms (MS AZURE). Proven ability to manage cloud billing and resource optimization is required.
- Have an expert knowledge in implementing and troubleshooting Windows server systems, VMware, and VM system backups.
- Hands-on experience in Network Switches (CISCO, Aruba) and Firewalls (Fortinet).
- Familiarity with modern endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools, such as CrowdStrike.
