PATTERN MAKING EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop accurate pattern based on OEM standard design specifications or samples.
- Verify measurements and ensure accuracy in all pattern components.
- Modify patterns to improve fit, comfort, and production efficiency.
- Work closely with Production and Sewing teams to ensure patterns align with actual product construction.
- Conduct sample evaluations and identify necessary pattern corrections.
- Maintain pattern records and version control for all designs.
- Use digital pattern-making and grading software.
- Ensure all patterns meet quality and technical standards for mass production.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by reducing defects and rework through technical expertise.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management based on business requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Pattern Making, Garment Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in pattern making in garment industry, particularly in automotive seat manufacturing, will be considered as an added advantage.
- Proficiency in manual and, computerized pattern-making software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, Optitex or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in 3D Pattern Making
