Join Our Team as a ACCOUNTANT - MALE
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and preferably experience in the finance industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review branch collections, disbursements, receipts and payments.
- Monitor daily accounting records and general ledgers; also interest income and receivables/accruals.
- Assist with monthly closing and financial statement preparation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Finance or equivalent.
- CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA / CMA qualified or finalist will be an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a Finance/Leasing/Microfinance company.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of Micro Loans, Leasing, Pawning & Branch Accounting.
- Experience in preparing monthly P&L, Balance Sheet & management reports.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office package and QuickBooks experience will be an advantage.
