Credit Recovery Executive (Male) – Kalutara
We are seeking a competent and result-oriented Recovery Executive to manage customer collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Part qualification in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and debt recovery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and accounting systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve recovery targets.
- Willingness to travel island-wide.
- Having valid riding/driving license is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up and recover outstanding customer payments.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and credit accounts.
- Conduct customer visits and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate recovery and receivable records.
- Coordinate with Sales and Accounts Departments on overdue accounts.
- Prepare regular recovery reports for management.
- Ensure timely achievement of monthly recovery targets.
- Attend recovery-related court cases and coordinate with legal representatives.
