Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Katunayake Airport
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets and in-room dining.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
- Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team.
- Manage budgets, costs and inventory to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Plan and execute innovative F&B promotions and events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, cost control and revenue management.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- A recognized hospitality qualification will be an added advantage.
