SENIOR TOUR EXECUTIVE (INBOUND)
TravelMe Ceylon (Kiribathgoda) is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Tour Executive to handle our inbound tour operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily inbound tour operations and client itineraries.
- Negotiate rates with hotels, transport suppliers, and guides.
- Handle client inquiries, ground logistics, and on-tour support.
- Support and guide the team to ensure top-quality service.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in Sri Lankan inbound tourism
- Deep knowledge of local destinations, hotels, and travel routes.
- Strong English communication and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel reservation tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage client expectations efficiently.
