The Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as Management Trainees – Production. This opportunity offers practical exposure to food manufacturing, production planning, and process management, providing a strong foundation for career development in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities.
• Support production planning and achievement of production targets.
• Monitor production processes to maintain productivity and product quality.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other relevant departments.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports.
• Support process improvements and waste reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Candidate Profile:

• A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• A responsible, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
