SALES EXECUTIVE
BASIC SALARY: LKR 75,000 PER MONTH + SALES COMMISSION

About the Role
Mayura Holdings, a Japanese vehicle import and sales company based in Maharagama, is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, promote imported Japanese vehicles, build customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries received by telephone, social media, and direct visits.
- Promote and sell imported Japanese vehicles.
- Follow up on sales leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide accurate information about vehicles, prices, and purchasing procedures.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Work towards monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in automobile or vehicle sales will be an additional advantage.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: LKR 75,000 per month
- Sales Commission: Additional commission based on sales performance
