Production Executive
Production Division | Reports to: Assistant Factory/Production Manager
Tuffline pioneers flexible barrier packaging for dairy, tea, confectionery, biscuits, construction and healthcare. Our advanced manufacturing facility in Meegoda is part of Capital Maharaja Group, one of Sri Lanka's largest diversified conglomerates across Industrial, Media and Service sectors.
Your Role
- Drive smooth, timely and cost-effective production, with quality and safety at the forefront.
- Plan, schedule and oversee daily operations to meet targets and deadlines.
- Monitor processes, improve efficiency and resolve production issues.
- Coordinate shop floor teams and work closely with Quality Control, Maintenance and Procurement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and report issues and performance to your manager
What You Bring
- A Diploma in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in production or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems and production management tools.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, with strong leadership, attention to detail, adaptability and time management.
