Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and highly committed team player with good planning skills to join our supply chain team. This role involves accurate & efficient planning / scheduling of sales orders to ensure timely delivery of customer orders while optimizing the resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring the Export order Intake flow from various markets for scheduling
- Creating & maintaining Production schedules based on the overall lead time to meet the customer requested delivery dates
- Checking & confirming Products Specification for production operation & QA
- Developing Production Plans while optimizing resources utilization
- Generating Order Forms
- Extensive Coordination with the production operation & Logistics management for order prioritization & re-scheduling
- Developing weekly loading plans & coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Coordination with Procurement team to ensure timely purchasing of BOM related material requirement
- Assessing & analyzing open capacity & order book for decision making
- Generating relevant schedules & reports for management reporting
Qualifications
- Supply Chain Management Degree from a recognized University
- Minimum 7 years of Experience in similar capacity
- Knowledge of ERP System or any Production Planning tools
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross- functional teams
- Strong analytical & Problem- solving abilities
- Sound Knowledge in using Microsoft office package
- Age below 35 Years
